Plant Ambassador How can I transmit my knowledge to other people? Examine knowledge about plants artistically, archive it in a cardboard box and pass it on peer-to-peer. The plant ambassadors pass it on to other children in the school. Their ritual of transmission demonstrates their individual relationship with their plants. They identify with their acquired knowledge but also with the plant itself. In this way the transferred knowledge becomes visible as a treasure. Each plant ambassador has his/her own perspective on the plant which, in turn, becomes tangible as a characteristic individual in all its fragility. The knowledge in the archive box is located in the school and leaves traces not only in the children who transfer it, but also in those who receive it.

The Plant Ambassador project was a part of the European cooperation project Global Roots. Read more about the Global Roots project here
